Bill was honored as one of America’s Five Best Program Directors and nominated as Radio Executive of the Year and International Radio Consultant of the Year. He earned the Westinghouse Chairman’s Customer Service Award in 1990.  Pasha served fourteen years on the Arbitron Advisory Council, including two years as National Programmer At-Large.
